I started Start Small Win Big (SSWB) to really echo the journey I’ve taken…ultimately, the path to greatness, success, happiness (or whatever you seek) is a collection of simple habits performed consistently. That’s it.
The main three pillars are physical health, mindset, and wealth (whether that be monetary, love, happiness or all three). The easiest entry point is going to be taking care of your body. This will lead to your mental health and confidence being even better. Then you can really hone your skills, get your mind right, and achieve the success you desire.
